TNP is a family-owned business with Japanese roots. Since 1997, we have been specializing in the production of high-quality solid wood flooring and solid wooden doors in Vietnam.

Our factory spans a land area of 9,950 m², with a total building area of 5,700 m². We operate our own sawmill to process logs imported from Japan and Europe. Additionally, we have six kiln-drying rooms, ensuring that the moisture content of our timber is meticulously controlled within 8%-10% for optimal quality and durability.

In addition to processing logs, we also import S4S American Red Alder lumber from the United States, further diversifying our product range to meet the needs of our clients. We work closely with renovators, contractors, builders, and architects to deliver tailored solutions that meet the highest standards. Our collaborative approach ensures that every project is executed with precision and care.

TNP utilizes a Rectangular Block to join the door's rails and stiles. Two dowels are inserted from the top, passing through the inner block of both the rail and stile. This DOUBLE LOCK construction prevents splitting caused by environmental changes. Additionally, the center panel's edges are designed with gaps filled with rubber, allowing for the natural expansion and contraction of the wood due to variations in moisture levels.
