Our facility spans 9,950 m² of land, with a total building area of 5,700 m². Equipped with an in-house sawmill, we source logs from Japan and Europe, ensuring precise processing through six kiln-drying rooms that regulate moisture content to 8–10% for optimal stability. We specialize importing American red alder timber and exporting knotty alder doors to the USA. Our diverse range of wood species includes Pine; Acacia; Ash; Black Walnut; Oak; Cedar & Cypress. With decades of expertise and strict quality control and sustainable processing, we deliver premium wood products tailored to international standards.

​​TNP utilizes a Rectangular Block to join the door's rails and stiles. Two dowels are inserted from the top, passing through the inner block of both the rail and stile. This DOUBLE LOCK construction prevents splitting caused by environmental changes. Additionally, the center panel's edges are designed with gaps filled with rubber, allowing for the natural expansion and contraction of the wood due to variations in moisture levels.​
